Become a strengths-based clinician as you strengthen families with behavior-challenged kids! $2000 hiring bonus; two weeks of paid training in either Denver or Connecticut; your own furnished, private therapy office; land line, cell phone, and a laptop with a Verizon air card. Join a team of experienced family therapists based in our Auburn offices who are available for support and mentoring. We need 2 warm, compassionate clinicians who are independently licensed LCSW, LCPC, LMFTs, and available to work a flexible schedule, because you'll need to work late afternoons or evenings depending on the availability of the families. LMSW-cc and LCPC-cc are also acceptable licenses, and mileage is reimbursed. You'll work in both your office and the families' homes using therapy plans, ranging in length from 8 to 24 weeks. Duties: |
| Carry caseload of 10-12 families. Provide home and office based Functional Family Therapy to families with youth (10-19 yrs) who are displaying at risk behaviors such as school truancy and suspension, substance abuse, rule breaking, parent child conflict, legal issues, juvenile detention, failures to comply with probation, running away etc. Actively participate as part of FFT therapy team. Assist families with both clinical and concrete services including referral to appropriate services and supports. Perform required record keeping of evidence based outcomes and treatment plans. Maintain ongoing productivity requirements of job. |
Qualifications: |
| Master's degree: independent licensure preferred (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) with two years experience in adolescent and family services. LMSW-cc and LCPC-cc accepted. |
